This coaching agreement is between Finding Treasure Within LLC and the client. It will begin on a specified date and continue monthly for a certain number of months or until the client terminates the services. A reminder email will be sent 48 hours before each session, and the next month's session will be scheduled during the current session. The fees for the coaching sessions will be charged according to the client's payment agreement package and can be paid through Stripe, Cash APP, or Zelle via the company website. Clients have the right to cancel payment before the billing date for the next month's session, but cancellation must be done in writing and received before the new billing cycle to avoid being charged. The client will receive monthly business coaching services via telephone, zoom, or in-person, as agreed upon. The purpose of the sessions is to provide the client with information and support in achieving their business goals. The services include brainstorming techniques, action plans, follow-up procedures, education, and Q&A. Termination of the agreement may occur if an impasse is reached between the coach and client. The relationship will continue as long as both parties adhere to the Coaching Success Guidelines and professional practices. Termination offenses include lack of payment, lack of adherence to guidelines, and indifference to prescribed session action items. Confidentiality is paramount, and anything discussed in the sessions will not be disclosed to outside parties unless it involves illegal, unethical, or criminal activities. The methods employed by Finding Treasure Within LLC do not guarantee results, and the client agrees to hold the coach free of liability for any adverse reactions to the advice given.
